The Shire of Cuballing is a dynamic rural community with a solid economic base in the WA wheatbelt, 190 kms southeast of Perth. It is an established farming district with a growing population that takes advantage of the rural lifestyle and beautiful natural environment.
The Shire of Cuballing is a small but progressive organisation with a strong strategic focus and a continuing emphasis on realising the potential of its people. We are seeking an experienced Local Government Manager to fill the role of Deputy CEO to guide and deliver the finance, IT, HR and administrative functions of the Shire and to assist the CEO in accomplishing Council’s operational and strategic goals. Our team values work-life balance with a flexible and a friendly working environment.
A three-to-five-year performance-based fixed term contract with an attractive remuneration package of between $147,250 to $170,850 per annum will be negotiated with the successful applicant, based on qualifications and experience.
