The Shire of Cuballing has closed Bradford Exchange Road, between Bradford and Shepherd Roads to all traffic until further notice.
Bradford Exchange Road has been impacted by a fire and large burnt trees beside the road are still smouldering and could cause a traffic hazard in the high wind.
Motorists in the area are urged to drive safely with smoke and fire crews in the area.
