Popanyinning’s Future!

6pm Tuesday 13th March 2018

 Popanyinning Town Hall

Light meal served at 6pm

After a film night in September 2017 in Popanyinning showcased approaches that have been successfully developed by other towns to help their communities thrive, Council has engaged the services of Peter Kenyon to facilitate a community strategic planning event focusing on Popanyinning.

This event will seek community input into developing Popanyinning’s future.

Anyone interested in thinking about how we might help our own community thrive are encouraged to attend!

Peter Kenyon is a social capitalist and community enthusiast.  Over the last two decades he has worked with over 1500 communities throughout Australia and overseas seeking to facilitate fresh and creative ways that stimulate community and economic renewal.  He is motivated by the desire to create healthy, caring, inclusive, sustainable and enterprising communities and local economies.  Peter has worked with the community of Kulin on and off for 23 years and has recently worked with the towns of Bruce Rock, Wongan Hills, Darken and Pingelly.
