- 2pm, Wednesday 15 April 2020 (Popanyinning Hall)
- 2pm, Wednesday 20 May 2020
- 2pm, Wednesday 17 June 2020
- 2pm, Wednesday 15 July 2020
- 2pm, Wednesday 19 August 2020
- 2pm, Wednesday 16 September 2020
- 2pm, Wednesday 21 October 2020
- 2pm, Wednesday 18 November 2020
- 2pm, Wednesday 16 December 2020
All meetings, with the exception of the 15th April 2020, are held in the Council Chambers in the Shire Administration Centre, Campbell Street, Cuballing. The meeting of Wednesday 15th April 2020 will be held at the Popanyinning Hall.
