ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF ELECTORS

In accordance with section 5.27 of the Local Government Act (1995), notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Electors for the Shire of Cuballing will be held at the CWA Hall (Council Chambers), 189 Campbell Street in Cuballing on Wednesday 4th February 2026 commencing at 4:30 pm.

Order of Business

  1. To receive the Annual Report and Auditor's Report for the year ended 30th June 2025.
  1. General Business

Electors are invited to raise any items of general business which they may wish the meeting to discuss.  To allow complex questions to be answered at the meeting, notice of such questions should be lodged in writing at least two working days prior to the meeting.

Copies of the 2024-25 Annual Report are available upon request at the Shire Administration office during normal business hours, and also to download on the Shire of Cuballing website at https://www.cuballing.wa.gov.au/documents/4663/annual-report-2024-2025.
