TOWN PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION
STANDARD AMENDMENT
Shire of Cuballing Local Planning Scheme No. 2, Amendment 6
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Cuballing has prepared the above-mentioned planning scheme amendment. The amendment proposes a number of changes to the Scheme text to address the Model Scheme Text, address emerging planning issues and assist in creating an effective and efficient local planning system. Additionally, to ensure zone and reserve names are consistent with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
Documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment have been deposited below this advertisement and at the Shire office will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including 29 July 2022.
Submissions on the planning scheme amendment may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before 29 July 2022.
