In accordance with the Land Administration Act 1997, the Shire of Cuballing is considering permanently closing a section of an unnamed Road Reserve between Williams Road and Popanyinning West Road in West Popanyinning.
The purpose of this permanent closure of this section of unnamed Road Reserve is to facilitate the inclusion of the Road Reserve into neighbouring properties. This will allow the further development of the neighbouring properties and indirectly assist the activities operating from those properties.
A plan depicting the section of unnamed road reserve intended to be permanently closed is available at the Shire office or at www.cuballing.wa.gov.au. Enquiries can be directed to Mr Gary Sherry on 08 9883 6031.
Written submissions for consideration by Shire of Cuballing regarding the proposed permanent closure of the unnamed road reserve will be received up to 4.30 pm on Thursday, 5 September 2019 and should be addressed to:
